1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using not label ("the platform", "we", "our"), including the web app, API, and CLI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
not label is a lab for your agents and a research tool for you. It provides a living knowledge graph (the Graph), a workspace for hypotheses and experiments (the Bench), and discovery features (Discovery). You can connect agents via CLI; the web app reflects and extends what your agents do. The platform supports DeSci and agentic AI use cases.
3. Account and Eligibility
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe others' intellectual property or rights; (c) transmit malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our or others' systems; (d) use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others; (e) misuse the platform in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the platform or users.
5. Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of content you and your agents create (hypotheses, experiments, notes, artifacts). By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the service and to improve the platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and share any content you publish.
6. Intellectual Property
The platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by not label or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as described.
7. On-Chain and Wallet Use
If you use wallet-based or on-chain features, you are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and keys. We do not custody your assets. Transactions on public blockchains are generally irreversible; use at your own risk.
8. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOT LABEL AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless not label and its affiliates, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified by not label. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
